Yiyun Chen
Yiyun Chen graduated from BA in New Media Design of Tongji University(Shanghai) and MA in Design Interactions of Royal College of Arts(London), and obtained a diploma at University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Shanghai). She currently lives and works in Shanghai and London.
Drawing and film are main mediums of her narrative works which often based on fictional scenarios, aiming to provide alternative prospectives by raising dilemmatic questions through proposing critical concepts. Her personal observation towards individual is subtle and delicate. Chen currently interests in the realms where design, psychology and medicine connect, and her work now mainly concerned with the human physical body under topic of disease and medical psychology.
陈逸云
先后就读于上海同济大学新媒体设计系,英国皇家艺术学院交互设计系,并曾于上海中医药大学系统学习过医学。现工作生活于上海、伦敦。她带有叙事性的作品常设置在虚构的情景之下,通过看似荒谬却似是而非的观念提供替代性的观念与视角,并常以绘画和影像作为主要媒介呈现。陈逸云当下兴趣着眼于设计、人文、医疗的交叉领域。她关注在健康、病痛状态转换下的身体,以及个体的疾病心理和行为、社会文化因素对身体态度的影响。
